Job Description:
You will be a vital member of our team as a Global HR and Admin Specialist, concentrating on luring and keeping talent from important locations such as Europe, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and several African nations. This position covers every step of the hiring process, from finding applicants to securing their employment with our business, guaranteeing a seamless and effective hiring cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and carry out international HR plans that complement the organization’s overarching business objectives.
• Oversee the whole hiring process, including sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding, in a variety of geographic locations.
• Oversee the hiring and sourcing of applicants from Europe, Africa, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan.
• Write and distribute offer letters, negotiate pay, and complete the hiring procedures.
• Create and manage onboarding and cultural integration initiatives for foreign employees to foster a harmonious workplace.
• Throughout the employment process, make sure that international labor laws and regulations are followed.
• Preserve and improve employee relations by resolving complaints, demands, and other matters.
To keep a workspace that is efficient and well-organized, coordinate office management tasks.
• Assist with payroll processing by organizing timesheets, personnel records, and making sure all paperwork is correct.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a global setting, is required.
• A thorough awareness of labor legislation in different nations and areas.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills; knowing other languages is advantageous.
• Proven capacity to effectively lead distant and varied teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in international business, human resources, or a similar discipline.
• Knowledge in managing personnel records, processing payroll, and creating compliance paperwork.
• Expertise in office management tools and software, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Clickup, and HRIS systems.
