Our London-based business is seeking a long-term, highly motivated, technically proficient Facebook + Google Ads Manager / Customer Support with exceptional written English to join our rapidly expanding team. With an emphasis on Facebook Ads, your job will be to supervise and assist in managing several projects, carrying out responsibilities, and arranging those of others. This will involve using our Basecamp project management system to communicate with clients directly. As an Facebook + Google Ads Manager / Customer Support, you must be a quick learner, meticulous, and have great written English. You must possess the ability to operate independently and autonomously. You must be willing to work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (London time) Monday through Friday. If starting or finishing a few hours earlier or later works better for your time zone, we are pleased to accommodate you. Since about 30% of the job can be done whenever you want, we will be more flexible with your work schedule once you have been trained and we have confidence in you as an Facebook + Google Ads Manager / Customer Support. To monitor output and performance during business hours, we may use Hubstaff time tracking software. As an Facebook + Google Ads Manager / Customer Support, you will have the opportunity to manage your time more effectively once you’ve demonstrated your ability to handle the responsibilities, ensuring high-quality results and performance.
Requirements:
Based in the Philippines
– Excellent written English – you will be communicating directly with our clients as well as proofreading and quality controlling SEO blogs written by our team based in India.
– Facebook + Google Ads Manager Experience – you should have knowledge of or have previously managed Facebook ad campaigns and Google Ads. If you do not have any experience, we are happy to train you to become a proficient Facebook + Google Ads Manager.
– Google Ads Experience – you may be required to manage Google AdWords and Shopping campaigns. You should ideally be Google Certified. If you do not have any experience, we are happy to train you.
– Proven experience with an English-speaking employer or clients.
– Excellent Customer Support Skills – you will be working with our clients, addressing their needs and managing tasks. Your communication will be critical in delivering top-tier customer support.
– Excellent organisational skills – you will need to work independently but know when you should ask for help.
– Must be willing to help out wherever the CEO requires assistance. This could include admin work.
– Fast Computer and high-speed Internet (with reliable power)
– Graphic Design on Canva or similar platforms.
You must also have knowledge of or have previously managed (a plus but not essential). You will not be “doing” all of these tasks but may be coordinating them.
