Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed Hajj package sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, agents, and corporate partners.
- Expert Guidance: Provide detailed guidance and expert advice on available Hajj packages and services to prospective customers.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest market trends and customer preferences to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, handling inquiries professionally and addressing any concerns.
- Portfolio Management: Grow an existing client portfolio while actively seeking new business opportunities within the Hajj services market.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in Hajj sales, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Hajj processes, packages, and customer requirements.
